TRAVEL INFORMATION - ON BOARD
All carry-on baggage, laptop computers and electronic devices must be stowed under a seat or in an enclosed overhead bin upon boarding and prior to landing, as directed.

Infants and Children
If a passenger seat is not available for an infant less than 2 years old, an adult may hold the infant. If a passenger seat is available for an infant less that two years old, the infant must be seated adjacent to the accompanying adult; be able to sit upright in the passenger seat on their own; and be secured in the seated position with the aircraft seat belt.
Child booster seats, loop belts (belly belts), inflatable devices, or vest-and-harness-type devices cannot be used on board the aircraft unless they have been approved by the FAA through a Type Certificate (TC), Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), or Technical Standard Order (TSO).
Child car seats may be used onboard, as long it complies with the CRS guidelines and the parent/guardian has paid for a ticket for the child, otherwise it may be used on a space availalbe basis. Child car seats may be checked free of charge.
Alcohol may not be consumed onboard an aircraft.

Smoking, including the use of electronic smoking devices, is not permitted on any PenAir flight.
Items not allowed:
PenAir prohibits the use of items that do not meet FAA Regulations or Company regulations. This includes:
- Seat-belt extensions not provided by PenAir
- Devices that restrict the recline of seats
- Self-heating meals or beverages
- Personal air purifying devices
- Air filters placed on overhead vents
