Pay Scale:                               14.00 – 17.22

Reports To:                            Traffic Manager

Essential Functions:               Schedule aircraft rotation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with aircraft scheduler to assign or change aircraft and route.
• Knowledge and planning of mail/freight movement.
• Work with crew scheduler to assign crews for particular flights.
• Communicate aircraft movement, crew changes, delays, aircraft changes, cancellations, extra sections, charters, etc. with appropriate departments.
• Determine the most economical way to maximize revenue of each flight.
• Perform other tasks as needed to insure the operation of the flight.  

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to work independently and organize workload, self-motivated.
• Good communications ability and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities to meet customer needs.
• Ability to deal with several subjects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of PCs
