Duties and Responsibilities:

Basic Function:  general receptionist duties and web publishing, including intranet

  • Qualifications:  
    • At least two years’ experience as receptionist and/or administrative assistant.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing skills.
    • Adaptable to multi-tasking.
    • Front Page, File Maker, WebDesign computer applications for both on-line format and printing processes.
    • Aviation industry work background preferred.
  • Authority:  n/a
  • Responsibility:
    • Answers multiple phone lines in professional, courteous manner.
    • Directs inquiries to appropriate department.
    • Receives, sorts and distributes co-mat and mail.
    • Greets visitors and maintains required security.
    • Provides clerical support to departments, as requested and coordinated by supervisor.
    • Coordinates and formats information to be posted on company intranet.
