Duties and Responsibilities:
Basic Function: general receptionist duties and web publishing, including intranet
- Qualifications:
- At least two years’ experience as receptionist and/or administrative assistant.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing skills.
- Adaptable to multi-tasking.
- Front Page, File Maker, WebDesign computer applications for both on-line format and printing processes.
- Aviation industry work background preferred.

- Responsibility:
- Answers multiple phone lines in professional, courteous manner.
- Directs inquiries to appropriate department.
- Receives, sorts and distributes co-mat and mail.
- Greets visitors and maintains required security.
- Provides clerical support to departments, as requested and coordinated by supervisor.
- Coordinates and formats information to be posted on company intranet.
