Reports To:                            Captain/Chief Flight Attendant/Chief Pilot

Essential Functions:               Ensure passenger and cabin safety each flight. Primary objective is passenger safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Observe all company and FAA rules and regulations.
2. Ensure equipment required per flight attendant manual is on board and in good working condition.
3. Conduct company and FAA required checklists.
4. Ensure passenger compliance with safety regulations.
5. Continued en-route cleanliness and tidiness of aircraft.
6. Provide in-flight beverage and snack service.
7. Must be available and able to fly at any time during their assigned duty day.
8. Ensure all required paperwork has been completed.
9. May be scheduled to perform duties relative to emplaning and deplaning passengers and other clerical/office duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Previous customer service or flight attendant experience preferred.
2. Successful completion of initial and recurrent flight attendant training.
3. Must have the physical strength, dexterity, or mobility of emergency exit operating mechanisms.
4. Must be able to push, shove, pull or otherwise open emergency exits.
5. Must be able to physically lift out, hold and deposit outside aircraft the size and weight of overwing exit doors.  Also must be physically able to remove obstructions similar in size and weight to overwing exit doors and to expeditiously exit the aircraft.
6. Physically capable of rescue breathing and other first aid treatment.
7. Ability to work independently.
8. Good communications ability and interpersonal skills.
