Job Title: Crew Scheduler
Pay Range: $14.00 or DOE (depending on experience)
Department: Flight Operations
Reports to: Chief Pilot
Essential Functions: (see duties and responsibilities)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Acts as liaison between flight crew members and Traffic Management
2. Monitors crew member qualifications with respect to operational limitations
such as special airports, crew parings, other company imposed restrictions.
3. Establishes efficient daily flight crew assignments for scheduled flight
operations.
4. Provides daily monitoring of each crew member with respect to regulatory
compliance with FAR flight and duty regulations to include Flight and Duty
Log.
5. Provides crew assignments and/or reassignments to facilitate daily changes in operational requirements.
6. Develops and maintains monthly schedule for l2l crew members.
7. Assists in development of crew member scheduling policies and procedures.
8. Assists Traffic Agents as needed and appropriate.
Skills and Abilities:
l. Maintains work responsibilities without direct supervision, in an ever-changing dynamic environment which requires ready adaptation to frequently unpredictable operations.
2. Must be able to work with others in a calm, patient and professional manner during times of stress.
3. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
